Your role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis in Bucharest, Rumania. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey
  • Manage and monitor cleaning and maintenance schedule and performance.

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance inspections.

  • Replenish our storage and do inventories.

  • Maintain a safe work environment and promote positive team dynamics.

  • Help with administration work.

  • Training of cleaning personnel.

  • Make sure our guests have the best experience during their stay.

  • Contact providers, be present during visits, and gather quotes.

  • Interactive communication with the support center for customer care solutions.

  • Other tasks related to the daily business.

What do you bring to your trip
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in the tourism industry.

  • Fluent in English and Rumanian is mandatory. 

  • Flexibility in mobility.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.

  • Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic.

  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.
