Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Financial Manager to join our team in Cyprus. As a Financial Manager, you will be mainly responsible for overseeing the financial operations, reporting, and in-depth financial analysis of the holding companies and its subsidiaries, while ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of both the company and the holding. You will be part of the board of directors and report directly to the Country Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company, working 80% for us and 20% for the holding companies.
Your Journey
Develop and implement automated processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, ensuring data clarity, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
Consolidate financial reports for subsidiaries, ensuring accurate aggregation of financial data from multiple entities and presenting a clear picture of overall group performance.
Analyze financial data to identify significant trends and anomalies, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize profitability and improve overall company performance.
Serve as a member of the Board of Directors at the holding level, providing strategic financial leadership and insights to shape the organization’s long-term vision and guide its overall direction.
Generate accurate and detailed financial reports that assist in evaluating the financial performance of business units, projects, and investments, delivering key insights to improve operational outcomes.
Ensure financial stability and asset protection by analyzing critical financial data, contributing to regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data aligns with business operations, providing insights from financial analysis to support the achievement of profitability and cost control objectives.
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and external auditors to facilitate smooth communication and exchange of accurate information during audit and financial compliance processes.
Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards, improving transparency through detailed and accurate financial reporting, while continuously implementing improvements to reporting quality.
Supervise and support a financial team, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement in data analysis, reconciliation, and financial report creation.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis, applying best practices in the use of tools like Planful.
Stay updated on the latest functionalities of financial planning tools, ensuring data accuracy while providing support and training to the team to optimize the use of these tools.
Effectively communicate financial analyses to non-financial stakeholders, presenting detailed financial reports and dashboards to management to guide data-driven decision-making.

What do you bring to your trip
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Solid experience in a similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a comparable role.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency level of English languages.
Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
