Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate finance referent to join our team. As an Junior Accountant & Finance, you will be mainly responsible for finance daily activities and reporting to headquarters Finance Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey
- Recording and control of accounting operations: Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.
- Management of accounts payable and receivable: Tracking payment deadlines, managing suppliers and customers, and updating records of payments and collections.
- Support in tax preparation: Assisting in the collection and preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
- Preparation of basic financial reports: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as required by the company.
- Assistance with internal and external audits: Participating in the gathering and preparation of documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
- General finance: all activities related to general finance such as bank relationship, suppliers, to be the link with other departments.
