Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Head Chef to join our team. As a Head Chef , you will be mainly responsible for leading the kitchen team, providing exceptional culinary experiences across various outlets, including restaurants, events, room service, and bars. This position requires experience in menu development, team leadership, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey
Menu Development:
Create and enhance menus for all outlets, incorporating seasonal ingredients, local flavors, and guest preferences.
Ensure menus align with the hotel’s brand and target market, offering variety and value.
Operational Management:
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, scheduling, and workflow management.
Monitor and manage stock levels, orders, and supplier relationships, ensuring cost control and quality.
Quality and Consistency:
Maintain high standards of menu presentation, taste, and consistency.
Regularly review and adapt recipes to meet guest expectations.
Hygiene and Safety:
Team Leadership and Training:
Recruit, train, guide, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a high-motivation work environment.
Collaboration with the Banquet and Events Team:
