Olala is a tech-driven hospitality and real estate management company operating across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As part of a larger hospitality group, we manage a diverse portfolio of over 1,200 accommodation units—including short-term rentals, hotels, and boutique properties—along with 10 food and beverage venues.

We are launching an initiative to integrate longevity and wellness programs across select properties in our hospitality portfolio. We seek an Operations manager to lead the development and implementation of these offerings across multiple sites with the intention to scale.

Your role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate Operations Manager, responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and effective hotel operation.
Your Journey
  • Lead and manage the guest experience to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and supervise the scheduling and performance of housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff.
  • Implementing new procedures in Hotel administration, required by careful planning, communication, and monitoring to ensure they are adopted effectively; Streamlining these procedures with digital tools.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a dynamic team, providing ongoing training and development to maintain high service standards.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate events, including weddings and special functions, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial & Sustainability Management: Implement processes and systems to control costs, maximize revenue, and ensure profitability.
  • Communication & Reporting Ensure clear communication across all departments and with external stakeholders.
What do you bring to your trip
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Hospitality degree or equivalent, with a thorough understanding of luxury service techniques and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel management tools (PMS, CRM) and budget management.
