Responsabilidades

Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth and efficient service
Train, lead, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Manage inventory and control costs effectively
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer engagement
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requerimientos

Proven experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food & beverage industry trends
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
