Your role
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team and provide attentive, personalized dining service across two hotel locations. As a Waiter, you will work approximately 30 hours per week, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role involves moderate autonomy, guest interaction, order management, and close collaboration with restaurant and kitchen teams. We are seeking a dedicated individual focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards across both hotel locations.
Your Journey
  • Independently manage guest interactions, table service, and routine operational decisions.

  • Address standard guest requests promptly and escalate complex issues to restaurant management as needed.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including knowledgeable menu presentations and recommendations.

  • Accurately take orders, communicating special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation and quality standards.

  • Process payments efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setup, clearing tables, and restocking supplies.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across dining and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Participate regularly in service training and professional development.

  • Strong communication skills to accurately take orders and clearly relay special requests to kitchen and bar staff.

  • Capability to independently handle routine operations, escalating complex issues appropriately.

  • Reliability and flexibility to work approximately 30 hours weekly across two hotel locations.

  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
