Your role
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive the success of two hotel properties. As a Hotel Manager, you will have full autonomy to provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to drive profitable growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong industry expertise, excellent people management skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Your Journey
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives for both hotels.  

  • Establish and enforce operational policies to ensure consistency and high-quality service.  

  • Make strategic decisions impacting business performance, operational efficiency, and cross-department collaboration.  

  • Lead strategic initiatives to ensure market competitiveness and growth.  

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to senior management teams.  

  • Drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.  

  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to maintain a competitive position.  

  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.  

  • Track performance against KPIs and financial goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.  

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain organizational integrity.  

  • Lead senior leadership teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across properties.  

  • Develop talent management strategies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention.  

  • Resolve high-level personnel conflicts and ensure organizational effectiveness.  

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work culture.  

  • Develop succession plans to ensure long-term leadership stability. 

What do you bring to your trip
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hospitality management experience, with at least 2 in senior executive roles overseeing multiple properties.

  • Proven success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational leadership.

  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality financial metrics and operational KPIs.
